    10G Direct Attach Cables (DAC) are quickly becoming the preferred method for creating interconnects in data centers. SilverNet DACs provide data rates up to 10.5Gbps and are backward compatible with 1Gbps.

    The simplicity and convenience of a single-piece cable assembly that can be hot-swapped into standard SFP+ ports to establish 10G connections between devices are highly valued by network operators.
